Legal adviser for the special comity of Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) 
Legal Adviser and special proxy for the Haitian state for the legal prosecutions & suits against the SOCABANK fraudulent bankruptcy of the embezzlement of approximately USD$ 25,000,000.00

2002

Legal adviser of the Secretary of the Secretary of Youth & Sports

 The drafting of the proposed legislation for the regulation of sports activities in Haiti and the study and analysis of the bye-laws of the Haitian Olympic comity.

The  execution of the pilot project of  UNDP for  the reinforcement  & support of the  Haitian Justice System  for the cities of Jacmel, Port-de Paix, & Fort Liberte , which consisted of the adequate logistics for the State prosecutors & judge and training to serve a better justice.

The   execution of the project called “Justice Itinerante”, mobile justice which aim was to give the judge of lower courts called Judge de Paix of adequate logistics and structure to take their office in the far out place of the Haitian outdoors and to give justice to the isolated farmers.

This plan consisted to end conflicts between farmers by bringing the justice system to them instead of them to take justice in their own hands or to travel by foot or horse for miles to the Courts instead the judge came in their district once a week to resolve the pending conflicts.

The   design of the project “Acte de naissance pour tous” birth certificate for all the training and education of the medicine woman called “sage femme” who are the doctors and the far outdoors and give birth to new bourns and replaces doctors this project add for aim to reduce the number of born babies with out birth certificates by training and educating the medicine woman   this would allow them to make the declaration of birth to Official recorders in their district.

The design of the project organization and incorporation of evidence storage facilities for the Haitian justice system. This project add for aim to reduce the lost and security of evidence in cases in Haiti  because  of this storage absence a  number of evidence get lost  , are contaminated meaning no longer admissible in courts because they been touch by hundred of third parties and been toss around back and forth. Till today the Haitian Justice system
