He made huge contribution to the promotion and built of the Haitian Social Security Office called by acronym (ONA). Has he has worked there for 30 years and now is retired.
His efforts were recognized in many occasions especially when he was awarded by many distinctions   among others the ONA award of HONEUR & MERITE in 1989 for his valuable contribution.

Social Implications
Mr. Brown contribution for the development of his country is very important part of his life and constant dedication.
