in the Ministry of Justice & Haitian Social Security
Officefor retirement.
He has also worked as legal consultant in several
Ministries and has helped draft and has prepared
multiple propositions, laws, and legislation for the
Haitian executive branch.
During his 30 year tenure at the Haitian Social
Security Office, he made a significant and lasting contribution.
His efforts were recognized on two occasions
(He was awarded the rank of Knight and
the award Honeur & Merite).
